Tea Party Guidelines

Please be sure to read carefully through the Tea Party Guidelines to ensure that you are aware of all the finer details involved with our services. 

Servicing Nashville and surrounding areas. Mileage within 40 miles of the office location in Spring Hill, TN is Free of charge. Party location outside 40 miles of Spring Hill, TN office will be charged a mileage fee of .67 cents per mile after the first 40 miles have been met. Ex: the party location is 50 miles - the first 40 miles are Free, 50-40 = 10 x .67 cents = $6.70

Lil Girl Tea Party Package is set for a 2-hour event. If additional time is needed there will be a charge of $10 per every 30 mins. 

Party set-up will begin 1hr 15 mins prior to the scheduled event. Larger events may need additional set-up time. Clean-up takes approximately 40 mins for an average size event. 

Event Date - to ensure your desired date, we suggest you schedule 3 weeks in advance. Short notices are also welcome and will try to accommodate your request for your desired date.

Deposit ~ a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the balance is required to hold your requested event date upon your booking form is complete online. You will receive an invoice for the deposit paid & the balance due. The remainder of the balance is due the day of your event. The deposit and the balance due can be made to Venmo @TracyAnn-Kosar Lil Sweetea or cash. 

RSVP ~ Final RSVPs will be due the week of the event up until 2 days before the event to ensure we have the proper supplies to style your event and accommodate your guests. The balance due will be calculated according to your RSVPs. Additional RSVPs are welcome up until event. If you should have last minute RSVPs, please let us know asap so we can accommodate all your guests. 

Rescheduling ~ deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us asap. We will be happy t0 work with you to reschedule your event. Your non-refundable deposit will be good for up to 1 year from your original scheduled date. 

Invitations ~ Lil Girl Tea Party only ~ Once we have confirmed your desired event date and received your deposit, we will customize your invitations and get them sent over to you digitally or if you choose paper invitations they will be sent to you in the mail. 

Seating ~ We can accommodate seating by using your dining room table and chairs. We would need the size and picture of the table and chairs so we can bring the proper size linens to best style your event table. If you should want or need seating for your event, we do offer 4ft and 6ft tables and folding chairs that can be provided for an additional fee. 

Indoor & Outdoor events ~ we can accommodate events indoors and outdoors. If you choose to conduct your event outdoors, we suggest a well-covered area that would provide coverage to keep your guests comfortable from weather temperatures and conditions. We suggest a well-covered patio or under a canopy. 

Lil Girl Tea Party ~ dress up trunk ~ when the children are wearing the costumes from the dress up trunk, we request that the costumes and accessories be worn indoors or if outside in the covered tea party area only. We request that the costumes not to be worn while playing in the yard or on the playset for safety reasons. 

Lil Girl Tea Party ~ we assume no responsibility for allergic reactions or other medical reactions stemming from wearing any of the costumes or participation in the crafts and activities. This will be the responsibility of each parent to monitor their child if they have allergies.  

Lil Girl (Only) Tea Cart ~ if requesting a tea luncheon to be added to your event, we are not responsible for any food allergies and reaction to any food that will be served. Please check with your guests' parents to verify if there will be any food allergies that would cause concern. Your guests' parents are welcome to provide their own food for their child for safety reasons. 

Food ~ if you will be serving your own food, we suggest that you do not serve pizza or anything with a red or colored sauce or ketchup & mustard, colored soda or colored ice cream. If you are unsure of your food choices, please feel free to contact us to ask questions. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. We are a very elegant event service and would like to keep our service dainty and elegant. 

Tea ~ Lil Girl Tea ~ when serving hot tea to the children we highly prefer that we serve the hot tea ourselves or an adult may help to serve the hot tea to keep the children safe. We also suggest the children wait a few minutes before sipping the hot tea to allow a little cool down before drinking the hot tea.
